RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, we invite You to review our Policy.

The following terms are applicable for any service that you purchased with us.

Certification

Please ensure for fun dive you have a copy of your most recent certification card and dive logbook when you come to dive with us.

Reservation and Payment

# A 50% of the total fee will be charged at the time of the booking to confirm the booking.

# Full payment must be made before the dive / course takes place.

Liability Release and Medical Statement

# Once at the Centre you will be required to sign a liability waiver release and medical form before diving.

# Candidates may not participate in diving activities without a satisfactorily completed medical statement, statement of understanding and assumption of risk. Please check the Dive Centre & School statement carefully before enrolling in a course or diving with us. In case there is a YES to any conditions mentioned in the form, you need inform diving instructor and to obtain a medical clearance from a doctor before you start any in-water activity. In the above situation you will need to carry and submit this medical certificate signed by your doctor to the dive shop before diving.

# The Centre reserves the right to refuse divers to dive if in the opinion of the Centre the diver is not suitable for the chosen dive for any reason.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

# Due to weather conditions or from centre side if try dive will be cancelled at any moment, full refund will be applicable.

refund amount will be refunded in 5 to 8 days

# If try / fun dive or snorkelling will be cancelled by the client before entering into the Ocean, 50% of the total amount will be chargeable or non-refundable.

# If one quits the any kind of water sports activity experience during training or has boarded the boat or started the activity, it will be fully non-refundable.

# Once enrolled for Diving course, amount will be non-refundable.

Equipment

Candidates using the company’s equipment for any course are responsible for that equipment and will be charged for any loss or damage howsoever caused.

Personal Belongings

Neither the company or its employees can be held responsible for damage to or loss of any personal belongings caused prior to, during or after any diving activities.

Weather Conditions

Trips are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of the Dive Centre. Alternate days or refunds will be offered in the event of cancellations policy.
